Hope it's ok to bump this! Thanks in advance!

Oops. My height is 64.5" (5 foot 4.5") I usually input as 65" for the calculators.

IDK what your stats are but it's supposed to be about 1g per lb of lean body mass (your weight minus your body fat %) I aim for 115g though I am always low. I would try eating more!
-
How much protein do you eat in g?
-
On the flip side, those with more to lose drop weight faster. So it kind of evens out. I did the June Blogilates. I finished it (meaning I didn't quit/give up) but I couldn't meet the goal. The requirement would've been to lose 1.5 lb per week and being closer to my goal I sometimes find that's what I lose per month! Also…

I am going to keep it in rotation to keep things changing. I get bored easy, I can't even eat the same thing more than a few days in a row. But, it worked for me. I finally dropped 1.5-2 lbs (depending which day you take the fluctuations from) since I first started the program. I gained a lb, then dropped it plus some. So…

My calves killed me on Level 1. I figured it was from the jumping jacks or the jump ropes.

Whatever the dog responds to
-
This is horrible advice. If your dog is not trained the last thing you want to do is take them off leash where you have zero control.
-
If you want to actually train the dog, the gentle leader won't train. Just gives you control of the head so you have more control of the dog. It's a great tool, don't get me wrong. But as soon as it comes off the dog will likely behave the same way. I wouldn't even waste time/money on a martingale, they're less effective…

I definitely did NOT come up with them. I got them from the Blogilates girl. She has inspirational workout clothes! I love the train insane tank tops because they're flowy and longer so when I'm working out they don't roll upwards as some of my others have a tendency to do if they're too tight.…

I really appreciated this article! I read so many different things in these forums and it's enough to make my head spin. This makes sense!

I'm looking into this. The app is $2.99 http://www.marklauren.com/

That's it. I am definitely inspired. Count me in!

For your waist bend side to side and where you bend at, that's where you measure.

I do the TDEE method and for me it simplifies it. You get a number for the week and it has exercise incorporated into it. This is the calculator I use http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ I just dropped from 1650 to 1550 to see if I could move the scale. When I started to think of food as fuel I was able to grasp…

Making an adaptation of this http://mobile.sparkrecipes.com/mobile/recipe-detail.asp?id=456126 Over brown rice with a side salad. The boyfriend will also probably finish the loaf of whole wheat French bread. I will just stick to the rice. Steak sounds amazing. So jealous.

Sounds like a nice healthy talk! I hope it works out for you guys! Being on the same page definitely helps!

So THIS is what it feels like to push myself through level 2! Wowza! Feeling great! Glad to have some energy!

I think I tweaked my back yesterday on the 2nd circuit of strength. I am not exactly sure how I did it but I could not finish the video because of it. It still hurts today. I guess I am not ready for a heavier weight yet! Also I've decided to cut my calories down by 100. The scale has been up 1 lb since the beginning of…

Bikini here too. I take my progress pics in it to keep me pushing!

I'm probably one of the weird ones who isn't sick of Jillian's talking. I still get motivated. Like when she says keep going were almost there. In order to see changes you need to challenge your body. Etc. I'm usually at the giving up point for the move so I hop back to it and keep going.
-
It's Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred just abbreviated. It's a fun workout! 25 mins from start to finish (warm up..workout..cool down) and the moves are circuit training style. There are 3 levels. You can find them for free on youtube! Check it out!

Definitely must be the angle of the camera because there's no way my boobs would get larger! LOL! Wishful thinking for me! Actually posting this has really made me want to push myself harder so I can have better results! I can admit there are places where I don't push as hard as I should. I would love to have…

Ok, here you guys go. Not much change, though I did not really expect a whole lot in a short period of time. I think results would've been more drastic with more workouts. This is two weeks of 4 days/week working out. 1st week on level 1, 2nd on level 2.
-
I would say listen to your body. When I first started I was SUPER sore. I took a two day break from the workout and started again and was able to push myself much harder because my body repaired itself.
-
Today will be my 10th workout. I did 4 on level 1 and was not challenged enough and moved to level 2. So this is my 6th workout in level 2. Definitely feeling challenged though getting stronger, slowly but surely!

 That is all
