How often do you take photos/measurements?
Trying to figure out how often to do this and expect to see a change. I last took measurements on 8/15 (day 8) and photos on 8/19 (day 9). Kind of antsy to see if there's a loss but if it's not been long enough I may wait so I don't get discouraged. Especially because my scale is not moving

30DS--How heavy are your dumbells?
Curious as to how heavy everyone is lifting. I don't feel much resistance with 5 lbs so I'm going to try 10 lbs tonight. My boyfriend suggested 15-20 lbs for more definition. I'm just not sure I can keep up with the pace using that much weight. Thoughts?

So I work at a desk 8 hours a day. I get up for bathroom breaks etc or deliver files or whatever but not a ton of walking. After work I am doing the 30 day shred.
