I mix protein powder in with just about everything I eat. I'm a picky eater too (extremely) but mixed in to smoothies, oatmeal, spaghetti sauce, whatever I don't taste the powders. ...oh my. I'm all for eating what you want and working it off or whatever and treating yourself but holy cow. A lot of that seems so unnecessary for me. Why do you need to add eight table spoons of sugar to a milkshake?????

I don't ban anything, but eat it in moderation instead. If I stay under my calories I can eat what I want and never "cheat"

I'm in the same boat. I eat a lot of fruit, yogurt, and I eat vegan chocolate truffles from my friends shop. One per day is pretty healthy.

I tend to graze all day and eat a larger portion when I'm actually hungry. I tend to graze on fruits and veggies.

When I'm out and about I don't feel hungry so I forget to eat a lot of the time. It's only when I'm working from home (like now) that I start to over eat, mostly due to boredom and being hyper aware that I'm sitting five feet away from the fridge.

I don't restrict any foods. I just try to find healthier alternatives. For example, I don't eat ice cream anymore, I eat yogurt. Instead of fruit snacks I eat fruit.
