  • I love Tae bo...there are a couple that have resistance bands, but I do them w/out since I don't have any and still get a great workout
  • I love the Zumba for the Wii. I tried the Golds Gym you refer to & the Biggest Loser one, I did not like either one. I did not feel like I was getting much of a workout - they were not very cardio

  • I wear the same type. I use it more to see how many steps I take during the day, but if I go to a track to walk instead of on a treadmill I clear it out and use that time to log since it was actual exercise & not just normal daily activity.

  • I have this also, after my work outs I put my foot on ice for about 15-20 minutes. Foot rubs help also
  • I got frustrated because the scale was not moving either, then I started doing the measurements...even though the scale was not moving, I was losing inches, that helped keep me from getting frustrated
