Can I ask if anyone doing Body Boss has more than 50 pounds to lose? If so, what are your thoughts on the program? I like the idea of the at home, HIIT, at my pace (kind of) workout book but an concerned about the viability for someone with the amount to lose that I do...... Any honest thoughts are appreciated!!

I totally understand what you are going through. At one point I weighed 320 pounds and was too embarrassed to do anything in public. I cut my calories, ate a little healthier and made little changes at a time. I had a lot of bad habits to break and it has taken years to get to this point but I am approaching the 100 pound…

I can also vouch for the Bolthouse dressings. The blue cheese and the honey mustard are my favorite! As for the ranch I also mix dry hidden valley ranch seasoning with Greek yogurt (I prefer Chobani non-fat plain). I buy the dry ranch seasoning on Amazon in the big canister because I use it for chicken, dips and popcorn!

I may need you to share the recipe for making your own pita bread. Do you make it whole wheat or white?

Thank you for bringing this up and for the website. I am able to frequent the gym and have been doing a lot of cardio. I have been saying for a little while now that I need to start adding in strength training so that I become strong as well as thinner. It is an intimidating task when all of those machines and weights are…

I like to cut it into triangles, spray with olive oil cooking spray, sprinkle with garlic powder and bake. I then use the pita chips I just made to dip in hummus. Tasty!

I weigh in nekkid but after my shower. I have to be up for a little bit for my weight to stabilize. If I weigh in too early after I wake up I always weigh more.

My favorite things to do with PB2: 1) mix water in to make a drizzly consistency. Then add cinnamon to taste and dip apples in it! 2) Use in smoothies with chocolate whey protein or bananas 3) I use it to make a Thai inspired peanut sauce. So tasty!!

I am also a larger woman trying to become a smaller one :) Water for me is easy because I have been on a water kick since college so it is just second nature now. However my family are not natural water drinkers so we use Mio, Crystal Light etc to help them get their water intake in.

I have noticed this as well and honestly it will turn me off of a discussion thread completely. When people feel the need to start criticizing other posters choices without being asked I just move on to another post. I am here to give/receive support. Not be lectured unnecessarily.

Can't wait to try this!!

Yes, I always have. Back in college when I was at my goal weight he was stick thin. Over the years we both gained some weight, me more than him. He basically filled out and I just got huge. At this point I have lost about 75 pounds and am within 50 pounds of catching him. It is one of my big goals and I have shared that…
