Shaking up a whey protein shake up in a bottle instead of bl

Does anyone do that if your quick on the go sometimes? Sometimes its annoying after to use my blender after every single use..so i have 12oz and 20oz bottles i can use to shake it up..can I do that instead?

I always shake mine never blend it. faster and just as tasty.

I have a shaker with a "blender ball" in it. Works great and cost me 5 bucks at GNC.
