  • there are different seasonings you can get to put on them. I have one thats like a salty/spicy seasoning. I love it! I just make sure I have lots of water so the sodium doesnt make me bloat.

Old bay seasoning =) if you like spicy, then some cajun seasonings.

Sometimes I drizzle on melted honey, or runny honey. I like salt too. But there is nothing wrong with some good butter on there as long as you don't over do it. :) I also sprinkle cinnamon and cocoa powder.

Why can't you have butter on it?? Everything in moderation. Melt a tablespoon or two and drizzle over with a tad of salt.

Yep, I would still butter it, we actually melt butter and then stir in olive oil. This way you are getting some healthy fat as well. Everything in moderation!!

    I use Parkay spray butter.
I also LOVE just chipolte or chili pepper & salt on it. I love hot foods though.
    Cilantro, salt, & cumin
Cinnamon & sugar is yummy too.
    parmesean & garlic

Experiment with your favorite flavors. Just measure it out and like everyone else said....moderation. You can use butter, but don't pour a tub of country crock on it ;)
    Hope you find something yummy!!

MY favorite is Olive Oil and Hidden Valley Ranch dry seasoning. I buy it in the canisters and use it on all sorts of things!
