I mainly drink almond milk. It's been great for my household. Half of us are lactose intolerant and I personally like the taste more than regular milk.

I can't weigh myself every day. I used to be that way when I first started losing weight and it stressed me out way too much. So I stopped doing that. Now I log my weight once a week. I actually weight myself twice a week. I usually weight myself Mondays and then again on Wednesday to make sure I’m staying on track. ..But…

Congrats to you. I know it must have been very hard to throw away food you love. That's a giant step forward....On another note I don't understand all the negativity. I'm giving the people who posted those comments the side eye.... I'm sure none of them have EVER thrown food away before. <(@_@)>

I do the same thing you do. I work two jobs and am a full time student. When I get home I work out and knock out go to sleep. Nothing wrong with that in my eyes. I take a shower every morning and don't smell like funk and continue to loose weight!!!

You know what...sometimes we all fall off the wagon. The important thing is getting back up and motivating yourself to keep going!

My stupid food is ritz crackers. It's so hard not to eat them if I have some in the house. So I don't even buy them anymore :-)
