I posted this status message today
"Every single time I am on a tracking streak , I start to think "this is crazy...I don't need to track. This is stressing me out". And then I stop tracking. Then I gain alllll the weight I managed to lose! How many times am I going to do this? I've struggled for 8 years to lose the 50 pounds I gained after having the stroke of 2008. That is my first goal: Get to the weight I was when they admitted me in the hospital. After that? Another 50 would be niceI would look so hot!!"

I am with you on getting back on track! I think my hardest challenge is keeping myself going. I'm taking steps to make it less likely to fall off the wagon but one things for certain if I or you don't really want the change it won't happen. Wishing you success!0
