I had tilapia last night. If I multiple my body weight 225 by .8 I get 180. That’s not than what MFP calculates. That is with an added 400+ cal burned almost daily. I am also 5’5. I do have weight in my mid section but I am VERY HEAVY BOTTOMED lol. I don’t mind being 190ish but I was a lot healthier and smaller than.

I weigh 225 now so multiplied by .8 is 180 and .6 is 135 which is more realistic. I’m 5’5 also. Even when I was a lot smaller in stature (size 11) I weighted 193.

If I eat 1g per pound it would be higher than 168. I go to the gym damn near 6 days a week unless one of my girls are sick. I read .36g per lb for a sedentary lifestyle. I’m not overly active but I’m not just sitting all day everyday either. I try to stay active and take at least 10000 steps a day.

I love Pinterest check into paleo but eat the small amount of carbs you want. It seems like the only way for me to get protein in to meet 168g is to eat canned albacore and chicken.

Sorry felt horrible yesterday. Weighed in at 207.3 no clue as to my measurements will do those nxt week. Im hoping to be down 10-15 lbs on Easter Sunday.

How tall are you just out of curiosity? And im on synthroid. My doctor told me to never use the generic because it doesnt work. I dropped from 230 to 187 when i first went on my meds. Ive gained from eating whatever but now im focused and seem to be doing ok. I watch what i eat and have started my cardio.

I also have thyroid problems. I didnt know that it affected my bmr tho.

You can put half a scoop into your oatmeal or cream of wheat also and mix with fruit it give a sweet taste to the oatmeal.

Tilapia is awsome even my 7 yr old eats it. Also salmon and mahi mahi are not fishy. If you can find it sword fish is more like chicken txture and really yummy.

I take two cinnamon capsules everyday. I got mine from walmart in a bundle pack. It is 100% cinnamon n a capsule the bottle even smells like cinnamon.

And sodas! i was behind someone the other day who broke like 6 2 ltr bottles out of their cart. I have my occasional diet soda but i have found myself drinking more and more water. I have almost emptied a large bottle of lemon juice from drinking so much water.

I have a cookbook that has a pretty tasty sounding dish for brussels. Ive never had them but this has panchetta or somthing in in and looks amazing! im gonna give it a try tho. Im not wild on most beans and dont do spinach unless its in baby leaf form. Theres alot i havent tried but my absolute fav is asparagus!

The scrambled egss arent too bad but your taking in 140 cals with just those 2 eggs. Egg beaters has 30 cal compared to the 140 and with ff chedder mixed in w salt n pepper they are great!

When i went to the doc when i was on the adipex pill she told me that counting carbs is for a lower body weight loss whereas counting cals is and upper body weight loss. Maybe this will help you.

I know they saybananas are horrible to eat while watching your cals but potassium helps alot.

Thanks i have alot of friends doing zumba. I recently found out they offer it at the rec across from my house. I find it easier to do videos at home because I have a 7 yr old who tries them with me.

Yea one nodule is way more worrisome than many. my thyroid looks like a cheetah literally. i wish they would up my meds im always so tired.

When i origionally had my levels checked my doc told me that symptoms speak as loud as levels do. My levels were in high norms but my symptoms were on point and i have nodules all over my thyroid. I have been diagnosed with Hashimotos disease and i still believe my meds arent right after moving from 50 to 88 to 100 to 125…

I need to have them checked again but at one point it was at a 7 then around 5.7. i can count calories and feel like it still does no good.

Planters makes a great energy bar that is only 170 cal and has 17 carbs and is delish. for a quick on the go snack.

Someone I work with who has been going to the gym for 18 yrs told me to do and extra 15 to 30 minutes of cardio to get rid of belly fat. That if you do core training before melting the fat then muscle builds over the fat and its harder to lose the fat.
