I haven't tried this, but plan to since it sounds so good - drizzle with olive oil and add herbs you like - bake till crisp - taking the place of potato chips.

Not sure if anyone has posted this idea: We have consignment shops in town. If you have nicer clothes they will give you credit to shop in their second hand store in exchange. Might save a little cash and get better fitting clothes. Just a thought - I haven't done it, but my teen-age daughter absolutely loves it!

I track 1 cup on the water tracker to every 8 oz. I drink. Mostly all water, but I do track unsweetened green tea as water - but make sure for every 8 oz. of green tea, I drink at least that much water as well. Hope I am doing it right. I read that at my current weight, I should be drinking 132 oz. of water a day - whoa
