OK thanks. I eat weetabix, porridge or bran flakes in the morning with semi skimmed milk and a banana. A wholemeal sandwich for lunch most of the time with tuna and sweetcorn, or houmous or cottage cheese, then an apple or other fruit, yoghurt and then my main meal is dinner which is normally chicken or salmon or veggie…

I lost 1 pound this week. Yay. I'm doing Mon Wed and Fri weights and a little cardio, Tues and Thurs 60 min cardio. I started my journey at 210 pounds. I'm now 175. My goal is to be 170 at least by halloween. I can do it!!! :-D Anyone feel free to add me, I log in every day.

I had it, I got it because I went running in poor shoes. I stopped running, did stretches and now I have a bike. Would love to go running again but this time with proper shoes and when I've lost a bit more weight.
