    Actually making him exercise isn't a good idea. Muscle weighs more than fat, and you want your kitty to get to goal weight ASAP!

    Every time my wife puts down the yoga mat our cat walks over to it and stretches.
    mine does that, then promptly goes to sleep, she is getting her aerobics from chasing neighborhood pigeons and sparrows and periodically running home chased by neighbor's overweight , bullying tabby and occasional stray dog!
