I started out at 150 and I just broke through 130 and I am now sitting at 129. I want to lose at least another 14 lbs. I am 5 foot even :)

Week 4=130 After a week of splurging I am just shocked I did not gain :) YAY. I hope we continue this through March.

I am there as well. But am warning ahead of time will be going on vacation in less than 2 weeks for a week and a half. I weigh myself every week atleast once so however often you want is good with me.

Yay I found it :) Week 3- I am down to 130 =) I think breastfeeding may be the best exercise ever lol.

Week 4- 130 Almost into my 120's and back into my healthy weight range YAY :)

5 foot even :) I just started on here 4 weeks ago and have lost 1 lb every week.a little more in the beg. :) Even those when I cheated a little. I started at 138 and I am not down to 132

I was in band in high school so was labeled as a Bando but hung out with a lot of misfits. I have changed in so many ways since Highschool and have found that even the "preppy" thin people fall. I have struggled with my weight most of my life but I am back at losing it since having my youngest daughter 6 months ago :).

I picture myself as a happier healthier person and my default picture reminds me of a thinner me than I am now. But, I am aiming for smaller than I have ever been. I also aimed for wearing pants under double digits :) I just made that goal into 9's now (but have the lovely muffin top LOL) so I will continue to work on it.…

Down to 132 :) 1 lb a week is better than the.7 it projected.

Breastfeeding momma, it says I should lose .7 lbs a week but I have been losing 1 lb every week and I am happy with that. :) I am hoping to be down to 131 if not smaller by the end of this month. Good luck to all of you as well.

Week 2 2/15- 132 1 lb a week seems as much as possible being a breast feeding mama :) But I will take it. Going to update the website in a min :)

You can automatically subtract your breastfeeding caloric intake by doing so as a food. There are different levels of calories needed based on the age of your child. I myself am breastfeeding a 6 month old who now eats some solid food, I started counting calories 3 weeks ago but was back down to my pre pregnancy weight…

2/8 weigh in was 133. Not bad for a breastfeeding momma who actually ate out this week.

Cant lose much at one time since I am a bfing momma But I am down 1 lb and since I ate fast food 3 times this last week and never eat out I am happy with it :) Starting 2/1- 134 2/8-133
