I'm still weighing myself every morning, but I only "check in" here on mfp once a week... Some days I step on the scale almost every time I walk into the bathroom, I just like to see the effects of what I eat, but I don't take my weight to heart unless it's first thing in the morning.

It's happened maybe 3 times and only because I've had major chest congestion for about a month and sometimes at night my coughing fits lead me to throwing up. I'm not purging. I'm not anorexic or bulemic or any of that I'm not THAT insecure.

Potato chips are my weakness :( I still eat them, but I limit myself to one serving at a time, and no more than 3/day, and that even depends on what I've eaten. Before I started watching what I eat I could eat a whole family size bag in one sitting

I'm the complete opposite! Ever since I've been making an effort to eat healthy and limit the junk and drink tons more water I've been going #2 like 3 times a day!
