Sandwiches are always great! I love chicken, rice and veggies too.

What do you guys put on your chicken? I like chicken a lot but I'm getting tired of chicken with seasoning. Thanks for all of your ideas! :)

I think I may contact Fitbit because this is getting frustrating.

Thank you so much! The fleet feet near me has good reviews so I'll check them out this week :)

Thanks for the advice!

It doesn't hurt when running!

I'm concerned because this hasn't happened before, and it's only one knee

It hurts a little to climb stairs. And a tiny bit when I get up from my chair but not much. I'll try the medicine ball squat and focusing on not putting weight on my toes! But it just doesn't feel right, and it's only one knee. I'm a little nervous :( Thank you all for the help!

Bump :(

In the Kodiak pancake mix, if you buy the protein kind. Obviously

77 calories per ounce, 22 ounces in the loaf. So about 1,700 calories for the loaf lol. A lot of calories, but banana bread usually is anyway! :)

AMAZING! I wanted to make it a little lower in calories so I only did 1 banana, 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 90g chocolate chips (less than half a cup), but same vanilla and egg and cinnamon Kodak mix. Amazing!!

Thank you both!!

Thanks for the tips! I like the hammock idea a lot. And I am going to research trail runners. That's an interesting point! :)

Thank you!! Somewhere in california, 4.5 miles to the campsite and 3 miles back. Heat was about 90 with a little breeze. I believe elevation change was around 1,000 feet. loved it!

Going to the gym at odd hours when there aren't many people has really helped me.

Eat when you want and what you want, as long as it's within your calorie goal you set on MFP. That being said, you can check out my diary. I eat 6 meals a day

And also, I still would rather have McDonald's than a salad. But the knowing that I will feel so much better and more accomplished if I eat a salad makes me help make better choices! Most of the time ;)
-
I never used to eat salads. They taste like dirt. Ick! (And yes I was the lettuce lol). Then I finally sucked it up and found a dressing and a few toppings I could tolerate. Now I choose to eat them because they don't make me feel heavy and I have more calories to eat for dinner!! Some things you'll learn to like because…

Trying to lose around 10-15 lbs and I've already lost 6! So I'll have to maintain it! Wedding is next May :)

It's interrupting her fitness/exercise routine. I would say to take photos/videos to send to animal control. If it were me I would grab the dog's leash. She will obviously say that's her dog, and I would say some snarky comment along the lines of "well usually smart dog owners actually hold the leash. That's what the loop…

My fiancé will be varying most of the gear, LOL I'll get back to you on the actual weight once I pack my bag! :)

Peanut butter and banana sandwiches?

I had some French toast sticks with syrup. I didn't need all the syrup, so I sipped the rest out of the cup. LOL

Personally, I take my Fitbit off when doing any type of lifting/weighted exercises because I'd rather underestimate than overestimate.
