I wanted to try buying some coconut milk instead of regular. I noticed that there was coconut milk in a box on some unrefrigerated shelves in the store. But there was also refrigerated coconut milk in the carton near the regular milk. Is there a difference?

Favorite running shoes?
I recently went to a shoe store and found out I overpronate. I also found out that I have high arches and heel strike, but I'm not sure if either of those matter. What is your favorite running shoe? I'm looking into different brands to see what may work best for me.

I purchase beef and chicken from a nearby grocery store that is USDA approved. But every time I try and search for the meat in the MFP database there aren't any choices with green check marks. How do I know which is accurate?

I just ate so much
But since I worked out I was able to fit everything into my calories. I went to the gym at 4:30am, walked on my lunch break, and walked to get dinner. And for dinner I was able to have a delicious chicken sandwich with cheese and a ton of fries. And I had an ice cream cone after! This is the best feeling ever.
