I hate getting up in the morning I do lay there also and say no just sleep a little longer!! But then something in my mind clicks and I remember how much I want this!!!! :) I always feel way better after my workouts also! :)

I lost weight before and was never able to get passed 147 so i gave up! This time I pushed and pushed and well i got passed 147 and there is no stopping me now! :)

I am doing Ripped in 30 right now! I am only on week one however I love it! It is Similar to 30DS! So you should enjoy it! There are 4 levels in Ripped in 30! If you like the 30DS you will also like Ripped in 30; I fine Ripped in 30 is about 5-7 minutes longer then 30DS so give yourself a little extra time!!

I do the 30DS in the mornings prior to work and then I do my regular workout routine at night time. I find the shred is not enough for cardio.
