    Hi there;

    I have done the 30DS and I am just two days away from finishing!
    I took some before pictures and some after! I am very embarrassed to post these as I hate my body! I wish I took a picture of my arms before as I think there is more definition. I also think I see that my stomach as gone down?
    Maybe not though; would like some feed back! Be honest you will not hurt my feelings if you do not see it!

      I see it in the tummy and then that area around the boob and the arm pit we all hate! and over all the chest looks smaller as well

      Not sure what you are embarrassed about, you look great. I think your abs look tighter and you look overall more toned. Great job and thanks for all of the support!
