  • Yes it is :smile: I think if I ate perhaps 1500-1600 calories and exercised off 300 calories or so maybe that would help? I'm just getting confused as I read somewhere that you have to eat your exercise calories back? x
  • You're right. That does give me lots more calories to play with... :) I'd quite like to be on track to hitting my goal weight by the time I go on holiday in April...it was 12 weeks to my holiday on Friday just gone...I just don't want my body to feel that it is in starvation mode... x

  • Yeah definately :smile: I need to lose 1lb per week to lose almost a stone before my holiday in April...eee can it be done??? We'll see... Don't forget to replace your work out calories when you do a workout, so eat something good and nutritious afterwards :happy: x

  • I eat way too many carbs I think... Time to find some low in carbs foods that I like... Good luck with finding some calorie high snacks that aren't too high in fat :smile: I can't suggest much, I'm on my own little journey to find foods that are better for me than the stuff I eat at the moment... x

  • 3lbs a week is amazing :) well done!!! If you lose weight slowly and surely you're less likely to put it all back on... Keep at it, after all the tortoise wins the race in the end :wink: so slow is good, although I do know what you mean when you feel the weight can't shift quick enough!!! x
  • I agree with those that said they're wear a sports bra and teeny tiny shorts when they've got the body they want and want to show it off... Me though I'd rather wear some joggers and a t-shirt :) I'm at the gym (when I go) to have a work out, get all hot and sweaty and burn some calories...it aint meant to be a pretty…
