I am new, looking to lose 100 lbs. Ant tips woild be great

  • Welcome. The only advice I will give you since I am a woman and you a man and your needs are different, is be consistent and start slow with the exercise and build it up. Dont try to lose a butt load of weight fast do it slow. Find out what your daily water intake should be for you and drink it without fail.
