I'm on day 5 level 1, I was so sore the first three days, I took measurement at the beginning and plan to take them again on friday to see if there is any difference. But there has been no change in my weigh either!

I use the Yoplait frozen ready fruit any flavor and three table spoons of plain yogurt 2/3 cup to 1/2 cup of 1 or 2% milk and 1 tablespoon of turbinado or organic sugar they turn out yummy my kids even love them oh and a half of can of pineapples I almost forgot 2/3 cup milk if you want them thicker!

No I have not hit the gym in three weeks:(

1200- is what my daily calorie intake should be. But I know weighing daily is bad so I'm going to make tuesday my weigh in day since tht was when I joined this site. I thought 1200 cal's sounded low but I just went with it!
