I didn't even think to elaborate more on that. I'm sorry. I am planning on doing both on a routine basis, but I was thinking of days when I only have about 20-30 mins to fit in a workout, if it's better to do one or the other on that day. Sorry for the confusion!

I would defenitely do it again:) It was hard at first bc I didn't plan getting pregnant and I didn't think I would be doing it alone. But I got myself into the right mindset during my pregnancy and pulled it off:)

Just go and not work out. Go and put your stuff in like a locker or go to the bathroom. Then leave. Slowly build up until you actually feel comfortable to work out:) Start slow!

Change that---Thanks to those of you that were helpful! I posted this as a legitimate question because I am trying to get healthier and lose weight, and wanted to make sure I completely understood how the goals, net calories, etc work.

I'm ok with working out at the gym, I figure people are more accepting there. My families just too judgemental it seems. And it's really tough to make it to the gym bc I have no one to watch my daughter when I go and I have to try to work around there child care hours and I always seem to be working during those lol It's…

Thats what my family is like too. I try to get my workout in during the day if I'm home and theyre at work, but thats not always possible and it rules out working out on weekends:(

ok so my weight loss journey started longer after having my child then yours did. My biggest fear of losing weight has been losing my boobs bc they were non existent before pregnancy. You've seem to lost the majority of your weight in your stomach. Tips?

I drink 2 16 oz bottles during an hour workout. It had been about 4 bottles so I have cut back a lot:(

I'm part of your P90x group and just am now doing the first workout today. I put the dvds in, that was the hardest step for me! Then my 3 1/2 year old started doing it with me and wouldn't let me quit! My own little trainer!
