Hate exercising with people watching:(
I hate working out at home with people around. My daughter doesn't bother me, she usually works out with me:) But we live with my parents and I can't work out with them around, I'm too embarrassed! Suggestions?

Fitbit flex logging? Please help!
I got a fitbit flex for christmas and was wondering how I go about logging the calories it says I burn during the day, etc. I know that MFP already estimates normal calories so I'm not sure what to do. Thanks in advance!

Press pause or keep it going? Taking Breaks...
When I need a break during a workout video....should I pause the video and press play when I'm ready to go again or leave it running and work on making it the whole way through the video over time? Thanks!

Inhaler and nausea? off topic
Just go an inhaler 3 days ago or so. Used it for the first time today during insanity. Had to stop because I felt like I was going to throw up. Is this just because I used it during excercise? (ie, should I use it before) or is this a normal side effect like it states might happen in the directions? Experiences please?

My turning point....
I went to the dr on wednesday and my weight was 197.....that's all it took for me to gain motivation. I will not be at 200 lbs or over. Now that life has settled down, it's time to change me life. Horrible eater. Please help:)
I am the worst eater with no will power. I eat junk food quite a bit. Drive throughs at least 3 days a week. I try to eat healthy but can't find anything to satisfy the junk food cravings. I want to do vegetarian...help?
I rarely eat meat to begin with, if I do, only turkey. I want to go completely vegetarian, but need advice on how to get all the nutrients I need. I know I'm not getting them now:) I also can't eat Tofu/tofurkey, ect due to food allergies. Thanks:)

Breaks during P90x?
Anyone else have to take breaks during P90x? It's my first day. I'm pausing it when I need a break and i just walk in place until I'm ready to pick it back up so I'm getting the whole workout in, just slower then the dvd. Will I stilll get results?

Too much water during workouts?
Anyone else drink too much water during workouts and get naseous? Any suggestions? I don't want to cut back on drinking, but I don't like having to stop working out bc of getting sick either lol

I can't diet!
I can excercise, but I"m the worst dieter ever! I have no self control whatsoever and I eat junk food and drink pop way too much. Since I got my teeth pulled and have full dentures 2 years ago, I have stuck to soft food like cheese puffs, hohos, potatoes, pasta, etc. How do I get started in a way that will stick? Thanks!
