Just go an inhaler 3 days ago or so. Used it for the first time today during insanity. Had to stop because I felt like I was going to throw up. Is this just because I used it during excercise? (ie, should I use it before) or is this a normal side effect like it states might happen in the directions? Experiences please?

Probably just not used to it. I haven't used an inhaler in about 5 years. I can only imagine how I would feel after using it.
  • Perhaps it wasn't the inhaler that brought on the feeling of nausea, but the exercise. If you're not used to high intensity exercise, you may very we'll push yourself too hard and throw up
