How do I log insanity?

I've started insanity today...but how do I log it into my exercises? I don't have a heart rate monitor either...Thanks in advance!

    I have my HRM and put it in that way. Not really sure what the average is for burning calories sorry.
    You can pick a cheap is HRM for about £30.
