I believe no matter what the scale says as long as you see results you are doing the right thing. As long as it makes you feel better about yourself. Dont sacrifice too much time you should be with your kids and husband. Kids grow up wayyyy too fast!

I just made the betty crocker banana nut bread last week. They have a healthy version on the side of the box. I love the walk at home dvds! I have the 4 really big mile and the 5 mile one. Love them! The 5 miles can be done one mile every morning or all 5 at one time. Each mile work a different part of the body. I do the 4 really big miles mostly and then switch to the other one when i'm bored or feel like my body needs a change.…

Yikes she needs to eat more! I'm not sure exactly about all the scientific stuff but i know your body will go into starvation mode and eat from your body what it's not getting nutrient wise.

I agree you really should only weigh yourself once a week. You body will fluctuate, so dont let worry. Just keep tracking and exercising! You'll do great!

Yeah, usually what you lose first is the water weight. That's why it comes off so quickly at first. It'll slow down. Just keep tracking. :)

I have to agree. I looked at your diary also and you arent eating enough of your calories. Are you exercising? If you are you have to calculate what you burned and then you'll have even more calories. Dont get discouraged. Keep working at it!

I agree with the others. You aren't eating nearly enough calories. The days i exercise i have atleast 1400 to eat. Thats a great start though, but once you get to a lower weight your body will stop burning fat if you dont eat enough. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!

I agree with sharpk. They might not have any idea whats going on with you. And if they do just let them know that you are doing whats best for your body. Just politely put them in their place and let them know that their comments arent very helpful. Keep up the great work, girl!! Keep your head held high!
