I have Walk Away the Pounds series with Leslie Sandstone I love her easy to follow steps. There is nothing more frustrating than buying a DVD and its a hyped up skinny chick dancing around like she's an acrobat in her livingroom.
So whats your favorite? And how would you rate the foot work? Easy? Moderate? Challenging?

I also like the Walk Away the Pounds videos. I generally do the two-mile superwalk as a warm-up and then do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Getting bored so I will be looking for something new soon!0

I'm digging JM's 30 Day shred. The workouts switch every 10 days (or so) to avoid boredom and to challenge you more. I just started the second level and it is kicking my butt!0

Haha!
Well you can never go wrong with Beachbody products. But I also love Jillian Michaels dvds, Biggest Loser, and some of the Billy Blanks dvds (I've only done of couple)
They're all pretty easy to follow.

Love walk away the pounds!!!! I've got her 4 really big miles and the 5 mile dvd. Love them both!0
-
Beachbody DVD's. They have a varity of dvds for all levels. (The home of P90X.) I used and had great results with Original Power 90 and the Master seiries. I also like anything by Julian Michaels but especially the 30 day shred!!!0

Turbo Jam!!! And I love Jillian as well0

I love Power 90 Master Series. Working my way to P90X ☺0

Denise Austin is my all time favorite. I also enjoy the 30 Day Shred.0

I love my Beachbody Dvd's, Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, and Mitch Gaylord Gold Medal Fitness.0

What kind of foot work does the 30 day shred have?
Denise Austin?
I'm going to have to do some searching....keep em coming!0 -
I love the Body by Bethenny yoga DVD. My workouts are usually pretty intense and I do this on a 'lighter' day. It feels like a breath of fresh air. The yoga is hard for me, my muscles shake and I sweat, but I feel refreshed when the DVD is over.

I'm doing the 30 day shred too... I would consider it very challenging and I've only done the first two levels. I feel like I'm dying after doing the second level. I'm about half way done with the 30 days (I'm not doing it everyday) and I've lost 2.5 inches around my waist since starting.0 -

I just started yesterday and it kicked my butt! Surprisingly, I am not as sore as I expected today, but there was about 30 minutes afterwards that I didn't have good feeling in my arms and legs! I'd like to try and do the 30 days all together, but don't know if my body will take it.
I used to try the Billy Blanks DVD's but it was before I started losing weight and it nearly did me in. I might have to dig them out again for this winter. Once I master 30 day shred and Billy Blanks, I plan on checking out some more advanced DVD's.0 -
30 Day Shred is 20 minute workouts with cardio, strength, and abs. Three differnt level and 3 circuits on each level. It's not too strenuous. What kind of foot work does the 30 day shred have?
Denise Austin?

I Love P90X especially their Plyometrics, also noone mentioned Cathe Fredreich. She's AWESOME!!! Bootcamp, Muscle Endurance, Kick,Punch Crunch, Cardio & Weights, & these are all her older DVDs. cathe.com0

I love Zumba total fitness too! Cardio Party is my favorite. I dont think the dance moves are hard. I would consider them moderate. I tried the Billy Blanks CD last month, and immediately got mad, looked at my clock which read 5:30am and considered going back to bed because it was too early for that " Im acting like I'm in the Army bootcamp" foolishness  maybe I will have to try that one in the afternoon.
I want to try Jillians 30 lb shred next. Im in Ohio, its about to be winter and going to the gym early, when its cold is not fun :frown:0 -
OK lets see in order I have done:
Billy Blanks Tae Bo and Tae Bo Boot Camp (these were pretty good and got decent results)
P90X (started getting results but then had to stop due to knee and back pain)
Slim in 6 (got good results from this one surprisingly)
Ten Minute Trainer (great work out for when you are short on time)
ChaLEAN Extreme (was very impressed with this program - got great results)
P90X (yeah baby actually finished it this time. Killer program)
Insanity (2 work outs left until I finish it, but this is the hardest work out program I have ever done)
Hope this helps,

I love workout dvd's but I get bored easily. So I'm a huge fan of the fact that Netflix has TONS of workout videos from 15 mins to an hour + long on their instant queue! I can switch it up daily, or mid routine, or whenever! And they have all different types (pilates, yoga, dance, abs, weight, cardio) and difficulties!0

Turbo Fire is my favorite right now. I love walk away the pounds. Actually did it this morning for my recovery week. I have 30 day shred and boost metabolism but they are collecting dust. There is something about Jillian that does not motivate me. I do have a cardio program by Bob that is great though. Although I havent done it in forever. Also P90X, I love Plyometrics!! I love Zumba classes and will be ordering the at home videos soon. Hope they are as good.0

Oh I'm a netflix subscriber and get it on WII! I will have to check this out.

I'm a Leslie Sansone girl, too. I like her newer videos - she's been putting some real people in there. Real people who are big and who sweat and who actually look tired at the end of it. The original WATP ones annoy because everyone's skinny, everyone has their big ol' stage smile on even at the end of a long workout, and there's not a drop of sweat to be found. Ick. My current favorite is Leslie Sansone: 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk.
Are there any other videos similar to Leslie's stuff? I have bad knees and a bad back and virtually no upper arm strength (I'm working on it, but it'll be awhile) and I'm still over 250lbs so I can't do a lot of those moves in the other videos. I lasted through about 30 seconds of Jillian's shred and still felt it in my legs two days later - I'm a weakling i guess LOL0 -

A lot of cable carriers have a bunch of goodies in their On Demand sections, too - comcast has PAGES of choices.0
