im new! need motivation! :)

hi, I joined this as an app on my phone and started tracking out of interest.
I found that I dont overeat, I just eat the wrong food :/ i have such a sweet tooth though, and eating rubbish is so much easier than cooking something healthy!

Any tips??

    Once you start eating healthy and get used to it, you really don't want the junk anymore. Feel free to look at my diary.
  • For the sweet tooth, i usually get the special k bars. Those make a great snack! :) Feel free to add me if you would like.
  • You can eat the sweet stuff, you just have to earn it. For instance if I exercise at the gym for at least a half hour or burn at least two hundred calories I can have something small and sweet. If I do really good all day eating fruits and veggies I can take one snack and have one of my fav sweets. You can do it, just in moderation. Good luck on your journey!
