I love no more trouble zones!! great workout! I put the 5 min warm-up in "aerobics, general" and then I do the rest of the time spent in "circuit training, general" =) I usually don't count the cool-down. But if I did I'd probably search for "light stretching"

Once in awhile i have one of those days just to keep my sanity lol... But my body is getting so used to eating healthy foods that when I eat too much junk I feel SO sick!!! So I'm learning to just have a tiny treat while still eating mostly healthy :smile:

haha yea I can't do sit ups with my 1 year old daughter in the room because she feels the need to come over and sit on top of my stomach... this makes sit ups pretty difficult haha

YES!!!!!!!! I am SO SO SO SO close... 2 more pounds until my BMI is 25... right now it's 25.2.... can't wait!! Not only will 154 put me at a "healthy" BMI but it will also break my lowest weight ever! That will be a GOOD day! Just gotta keep working! =)

I am scared of that happening. 155 is the lowest I've ever been so I'm afraid it's some magical number that my body won't let me get below.... the moment the scale says 154 I am going to dance and leap and sing with joy!!!!!!!!! My daughter is 1 year old and I've just finished losing the baby weight... and now I'm trying to lose the weight I wanted to lose BEFORE I got pregnant! =) Unfortunately my weight now after losing over 20 pounds is about the same as your starting weight!! haha

I would say yes to eating back at least some of your exercise calories! But I think that sometimes MFP overestimates the amount of calories burned so I wouldn't go too crazy with it... For me I use it as a little bit of leeway in my diet but if you're not hungry then I don't think you should eat extra calories just because…

I agree, I'm with you there! Lost 20 pounds after baby but I'm still flabby and gross looking everywhere! I still have more weight to lose but I really need to tone as well if I want to look good.... I just started Jillian Michaels "No more trouble zones" and it's really kicking my butt... literally =P

500 mg of sodium... I'm not sure how that compares to other hot dogs. You kinda figure a hot dog will be high in sodium either way =/ But if you really want to enjoy one at least the fat and calories are on your side!

I have her "No more trouble zones" which kicks my butt! (Literally when I do the bicep & butt section.. LOL!) I really like it though because you can choose which circuits you want to do. Right now I do 2 at a time and I'm hoping to build up from there.
