One of my goals in changing my lifestyle was to have more energy for my son. Last year when it snowed I dreaded hearing the "let's go sleigh riding" because I knew I didn't have the stamina to go up and down the hill. This year we stayed out longer, I pulled him up and down the hill for 30 minutes while his dad shoveled snow and then we swapped off and I shovedl snow for another 30 minutes. There is NO WAY I could have done that last year. Actually he was ready to come in the house before I was!
