actually it's how many calories you'd burn in a day if you just stayed in bed and did nothing, It's up to you whether or not you eat your exercise calories

I have a slight bit of asthma but I'm at a healthy and it's not too severe for me when I run. The youngest person to run a mile in under 4 minutes had asthma. Just keep trying to work out and if you can do lower intensity things like walking for a longer time :wink:

I love fish, you could make chinese flavored salmon with soy sauce and ginger cooked in a skillet. Parmesan incrusteed tilapia is the stuff, it's yummu :love: and fried flounder doesn't really taste too much like fish. Enjoy :happy:

I've heard bad things about stevia too, and sugar is also bad. I guess that means all sweeteners whether natural or artificial aren't that good for us :grumble:

1/4 cup of raisins or a red delicious apple are both some sweet fruit that I eat to take of a sugar craving :wink:

I got back into running recently and I'm getting bored of just a simple 3 miles, I'll incorporate this back in to try to get my mile time up and for the extra calories. Booyah! :drinker:

There's actually a scientific reason to this I read on cracked.com, when you eat you're body is ignoring everything else, this was useful to ignore any injuries you got when getting the food back in the cave days. Now it's just a plague that makes us fat :grumble:

It's not recommended by doctors to lose more than 0.5 to 2 pounds a week and your less likely to keep it off. What the app is doing is not letting your daily calorie goal go below 1200 calories as anything below that can cause brain damage and other health conflicts. If you would wish to lower that anyways on the website…

For me it's ice cream, I just need it so bad. When I have it I like to have it in an ice cream cone so it lasts way longer

Might I say fail on the first two replies as they did not notice there was a decimal point in front of the 2. She did not lose 2 pounds, but just 0.2 pounds. Well what you need to understand is that it is already cutting the calories of your diet to have you around your weight loss goal wither or not you exercise. Since it is already cutting you the calories you need cut to lose weight when you do exercise your burning off even more so it lets you eat more, whether or not you…
