Football season - concession stand food filling the stands will that delicious aroma of nachos and cheese....
Right before bed - a glass of milk and a few chocolate chip cookies or a Ho-Ho or a Twinkie.....
All day - Pepsi ... can't get through a day with a TON of Pepsi (don't suggest Diet, Pepsi Max or any other . nothing satisfies my craving like Pepsi)...I do drink Iced Tea and / or water, but I love me an ice cold Pepsi
I'm sure I can figure out more?!?! FOOD in general....come from a long line of baking, cooking and big ol' sunday dinner meals!

I was the same way with Coke.... But I did change to diet Coke and firt did not like it but after awhile you DO get use to it and Now I'm a Diet Cokeacholic!!!!! I can't even stand drinking regular coke any more. Just a thought. Good Luck!!0

bread - toasted, sandwiches, just with butter, dipped in balsamic vinegar and olive oil, dipped in any dsauce/gravy on my plate - you name it!

I'm totally with you on the pepsi thing, love it! I'd rather not have it, than drink diet. Especially in a can and ice cold, mmmm. Ok I'm probably not helping with your craving, lol, nor mine. Just wanted to say I get it though, switching to diet doesn't work for everyone. Besides it's not like diet pop is healthy either.
Try cutting down, only allowing one when you can fit it into your calories. I used to drink 2 or 3 cans a day, now I go weeks, and often only have it at special get togethers and such.0 -

Sweets are my downfall too but I swear cheesecake is my biggest weakness. That is the one thing I can NEVER pass up!

I was/am the same with pepsi.....I love the stuff can't get enough but I tried diet cherry pepsi and seriously I am soooo addicted to that now. I don't even dream of regular pepsi anymore lol Its not very good warm but ice cold its so delicious. Even my husband loves it and he hates diet pop with a passion. Good luck0

For me it's ice cream, I just need it so bad. When I have it I like to have it in an ice cream cone so it lasts way longer0

I used to drink Pepsi like I owned stock but I will tell you if you can stand to drink it for about 3 or four weeks you will gain a taste for Diet Pepsi. I do know by experience. I have a Diet Pepsi in my hand everywhere I go. Also if you can go to at least diet you will lose weight right off because of all the sugar in Pepsi. You might even try maybe a different diet soft drink because it won't change your taste for Pepsi so it might be tolerable. I also crave chips and chocolate. Also IHOPS sirloin tips breakfast. YUMM
Anything bad for you is what I crave. But I always say EAT TO LIVE-NOT LIVE TO EAT0 -

I know what ya mean about Pepsi. At one time in my life I could consume a case of it in one day.,with no problem.Then one day I was told by my Doc. that it was destroying my kidneys. A little bit was okay but the amount I was consuming was to much. I did it. I switched to Dr. pepper and then eventually I quit soda . I do like a bottle of it on occasion but that's it. You just have to have the will power to say no. Don't let the Pepsi or other foods rule your life, take charge of what goes into your body. You are the only one that can.0

Beer! I like real beer, not light stuff. Bass, real Budweiser, Guiness, etc. So, I cut out nearly all other carb stuff and allow myself to have some (a limited amount) of real beer in lieu of other such dumb calories. It's my reward for a heavy duty work out.0

eating at night. now I am trying to substitute popcorn, chocolate, etc... with fruit. I must have butter, so the "lite" doesn't work. Two days so far.
I used to have a Pepsi habit, but i started getting quesasy after awhile. since i kicked that habit, no more queasiness. i try and drink more water now.
