Just finished my seccond week of phase 1 - workouts 1 and 2. Looking forward to stepping up to the next workouts. I am loving it, but then I love all of Jillians workouts. I find her so motivating. I'll do the programme with you ;)

Lol I wee n poop; strip and weigh naked. Make sure scales are also in the exact same set of tiles every single time :) Funny how we all have our little rituals....So glad to read so many similar ones to me.... ;)

Monday Feb 4th:- Level 2 Jillian Michaels 30DS and Level 2 RI30 50 mins (morning exercise) No More Trouble Zones 35 mins (afternoon exercise) 7km walk at brisk pace 60 mins (evening walk)

ok...started...day one level one...wooo hooo!! and my measurements are height = 5' 5" cw = 135 lbs wanna lose at least 5lbs or more :) hips = 35.5" waist = 29" breast = 37" I will take a pic once a week ...ie every Monday to try and keep track of my changes
