    2/01: 5 miles wogging (walking+jogging)

I may have to take another rest day tomorrow if my ankle is still hurting. I strained it and it's bothering me quite a bit.

Thanks for checking in. You're right to stay off your ankle until it's stronger. I suggest some non weight bearing things, like stretching or ?? Hope it's better soon.

2/1 -- 2174 steps. (Pathetic!!! Worked 10 hrs today and have company coming for the night).
2/2 -- 4622 steps (again, no formal exercise today...extremely busy running around. Tomorrow should be a success day).

Hey, now Totalhealth. No beating yourself up. We're all just doing the best we can, and sometimes, life gets in the way. And there's nothing pathetic about working 10 hour days! Chin up.

    update

Feb 1 - 15 minute (fast as poss) and some weights - spent 820-430 sitting interviewing kids and was buggered but wanted to do something

Feb 2 (so far) - 30 min stationary bike interval ride, 20 minute general/leisure swim (mostly teaching one of the kids in my complex to do flips) and some weights

Feb 3 - brisk half hour walk around the wetlands, 20 minute swim (mix of lengths and leisure)
