Feb 1 snowshoe 30 minutes, 100 calf raises w/ 30 lbs
Feb 2 stairs at amphatheater 40 minutes, hike 30 min, pushups logger 15,17,14,14,200 -
Feb 2- cleaning 2 hours0

2/01: 5 miles wogging (walking+jogging)
2/02: 2 hours worth of walking/shopping/errands (slow pace) rest day/sore ankle
*Thanks for the concern about my ankle. Most of the swelling is down. Today I took a rest day but I did take my mom out for errands. Walked around the grocery store and Costco (read: big store my mom has to look at every.single.thing. Twice) That must count for something, lol. Tomorrow I plan to test my ankle on a light jog. If it isn't ready I'll stick to strength training and yoga tomorrow and water aerobics monday. We'll see.0 -
02/01 Rode bike for 60 minutes......moved into new kitchen
02/02 Took out old kitchen cabinets ....cleaned floors getting ready to start on new bedroom
02/03 45 minute kickboxing class.......15 minute ab workout0 -

Feb 3 Rest, overeat, nap, tv, hot tub. I can feel the stairs in my legs & rump, and the pushups in my arms.

February 1---177 minutes walking with the frisky poodles---100 minutes line dance class---96 minutes riding recumbent bike while watching TV
February 2---253 minutes walking with the frisky poodles---50 minutes weight training---89 minutes riding the recumbent bike
February 3---193 minutes walking with the frisky poodles----64 minutes riding the recumbent bike

2/1 -- 2174 steps. (Pathetic!!! Worked 10 hrs today and have company coming for the night).
2/2 -- 4622 steps (again, no formal exercise today...extremely busy running around. Tomorrow should be a success day).
2/3 -- Wii Walk It Out -- 45 min0 -
Monday Feb 4th:- Level 2 Jillian Michaels 30DS and Level 2 RI30 50 mins (morning exercise)
No More Trouble Zones 35 mins (afternoon exercise)
7km walk at brisk pace 60 mins (evening walk)0 -

Oops, left off that I also did Back Exercises & push-ups, yesterday.0 -
2/1 - 35 mins aerobics + 2 hours walking (slow pace though as I was shopping)
2/2- 30 mins walking + 2 hours cleaning
3/2 - 18 min jog (ive not run for a couple of months so really pleased with this) + 35 min walk + many more hours cleaning
4/2 - 25 min walk + 12 mins stepper + 150 crunches + 8 mins free weights0 -
48 Minutes of Circuit Traning- Upper Body/Cardio. Burned 680 Calories0
