I have seen it quite often, especially the newer clients....guys will either start off slow and flirt or go ALL IN right away. What surprises me the most thought is that going ALL in often WORKS!!! Iam not sure if the ladies give fake numbers or not, but I usually shake my head and laugh...

I allow Sunday's to be my "bad" days....a small ice cream from Cold Stone, a mini DQ Blizzard, something rewarding. However, this last Sunday I allowed my self to have a large breakfast....10 scrambled eggs (7 whole -3 Egg Whites) and a large White Grape Peach Juice...

A few weeks ago I was the only guy in the gym and thought "why not, only one in", well as I let one go I then proceeded to finish drinking some water and turned and there was a couple ladies standing next to me...I didn't hear them come in because I had my head phones in...I smile am walked away like nothing happened!!!!
