I pre-cook casseroles, ziti and roats. I pre-portion them and pop them in teh freezer! THey last about a week but I have had great success with quick meals that are healthy and delicious!

I chew gum when I get the craving and drink a few glasses of water! It really helps!

I wouldn't wait too long, you should talk to your dr.... you may be missing somehting for example maybe your body isn't rebuilding serotonin fast enough.. Only your dr should make an analysis just to be safe though!!! :smile:

If you are not a fan of the fish flavor I recommend buying pre-cut white talapia or a white cod!!! Season with garlic, oregano and cajun (if you like) Bake in oven at 350 til cooked thorughly and it will taste like a baked chicken breast!
