I go to the gym mon thru fri and take different classes. It help keep me from not getting bored. I also do weight training three times a week.

Great job on all the weight loss for everyone!! Did pretty well yesterday. Went over on my calories by 100 but will blame that on mother in laws and sending home homeade cookies. Did 60 min on the tread mill and then hit the weights yesterday. So overall a good day.

Know exactly where your coming from. I try to drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruits and veggies. I usually allow myself my cheat day when im on mine.

Good job everyone! I have really been working hard to reach my goal for this challenge. I did an hour step class today and then my weight training. Just wanted to say that it really helps to have this cause it keeps me on track. Thank you to every one!:heart:

I just tried it yesterday and LOVED it. I way 209 and was able to keep up. My instructor said if you get tired to march in place. I would def give it a go.

Hello all! The last couple of days have been good for me I did zumba last night and today I took a piyo class and did 30 min on the elliptical. Today was also my weigh in day and I am down 2 pounds from last week. Prob would of been more if I didnt eat everything in sight this weekend. Well good job everyone and keep up…

THis weekend was really BAD for me. Went out of town with my husband and I think I ate everything edible in sight.:sad: I still got a workout in on Saturday and got back on track today.

I only weigh myself once a week. It helps. Weighing yourself everyday or several times a day will only discourage you.
