Any other recent moms out there? 2 babies in 2 years...and my husband is going to have to to do some real sweet talking to get me to get rid of the goalie again...or at least any time soon. I really want to get back to pre-pregnancy weight - 17 lbs to lose! Never had to diet before, and my pre-preggo jobs were a lot more active - now I am having a tough time just getting to my basement to do my elliptical trainer for 1/2 hour. Hopefully being more aware of what I eat - 1st day, 2500 calories, gasp!! - will help me resist the urge to snack, and eat healthier.

Just had my third in four years. I've got 15 pounds left to lose to get to pre-preggo weight (where I finished losing before getting pregnannt), then I have several more pounds to lose. GL!

join the crowd! you can do this, and if all you do is watch your calories and make good choices you will eventually lose. be patient and keep in mind that this last bit will take a good while to come off. just the way it is...
    good luck! :flowerforyou:

Congratulations on your choice to better your life!

Eat well, and track your calories, weigh yourself weekly (although I admit--I weigh daily! :embarassed: ) and measure, measure, MEASURE your body parts!

If you like to read inspiring blogs, take a look at mine  located here at MFP (the address is in my signature).

Friend me, if you like. (click on "ladyofivy" just above my picture to the left, and then click on the green button that says "add as friend")

 I am always here to listen and support! :flowerforyou:
