Well I'm really happy to see this thread. I've been having trouble trying to get all my exercise in. I have bad knees, a bad back and an old achilles tendon injury, so sometimes even walking is torture. And since I can't afford a gym membership right now my only option is walking a few minutes a day when I feel good…

Def yes. The crystal light "on the go" packs are only 5 calories per 16 oz bottle of water. However I find them to be very sweet so I usually use a lot more water. I would try using a 20 oz bottle or for just a hint of flavor use a liter size.

Get out you video camera or camera phone and record your weigh ins and post the vids for you friends or if you like, the public.

I notice this when I do low carb. Once all that sugar is out of my system, I'm never hungry.

About 10 years ago, I lost a ton of weight low carbing. I didn't follow a specific plan I just cut nearly all carbs Mon-Fri and basically ate what I wanted on the weekends. The weight just melted off and super fast. But as soon as I stopped it all came back plus more. But I guess that will happen with any weight loss…

Wow!! If that could only be me. I'm a 48 DDD and would love to be a C but I know that 's asking too much without surgery. I do hope they go down atleast one cup size! ETA: It's hard for me to view huge breast that hurt your neck and back and development rashes underneath, as a blessing.
