what i have been eating latley is a pita, (eat like a taco) and spread laughing cow cheese on it, then add a plain scrambled egg cooked in PAM, and then i cut up a turkey sausage patty and its like 310 cals. Very filling and i add fresh fruit or a fruit cup with no added sugar.

i have found the noodles at harris teeter (or maybe any high end grocery store) in the refridgerated tofu section. they are OK...make sure you read the directions, they have kinda a weird taste but decent esp if you love carbs haha they were suprisingly cheap too, 1.50.

i dont drink pre made ones but jillian michaels whey protein-(ive had the chocolate) is really good. You can make a strawberry chocolate shake with one scoop protein, a cup of frozen strawberries, sweetner added to taste, and either some almond breeze or FF milk. Its really good.

UGh! that is so funny. I had to order some from a guys kid at work and i had to get one from my little cousin. So yesterday after doing wonderful i was handed my thin mints. I have been loving ham and provalone on white bread 6inch from subway..lightly toasted, lettuce, onion, green bell pepper, pickles, olives, salt/pepper oregano, oil n vinegar blend with spicy brown mustard and a bag of lays baked sour cream and onion chips

when i was in HS i would have mini bagles with mustard and lean turkey meat and cheese, like two of those.. .that gives you protein and carbs and dairy. pretty good breakfast to grab and go, try cheese sticks too.
