  • Get a sweet potato and poke it with a fork all over. Put in microwave for a few minutes, depending on your microwave. Then stuff it with (heated by microwave if you prefer) canned black beans (that have been rinsed and drained) add avacado and salsa and its AMAZING. Also you could get a crockpot!
  • Swet potatoes cooked in the microwave (you could do this before you leave for work) and then stuff it with black beans and avacado and salsa...its so good! Tuna ready to go kits are great ...add some turkey pepperonnis are great to add protein to salads as well.

  • i have been having mojo bars and cherries latley ...yum...also something i love is coachs oats, cooked with maybe 1 pack of splenda or whatever u like, then add a tsp of peanut butter and half a serving of banana chips, and some brown sugar or splenda brown sugar, its yummy!

  • I agree. People need to get over the fact that she is 15. We need to educate the youth as to what is good and what is not good, and ESPICALLY if they ASK !!!   • Dont cheat just for a friends birthday...cheat on YOUR birthday. You can make this liveable and just plan ahead. Stay away from chips, or measure out 12 and then eat no more.
