    Mandatory food I eat daily;

    - Chicken breast <$2 breast
    - Granny smith apples <$0.50 an apple
    - All Bran + 1% milk $3 box + $4 for 4L milk
    - Canned tuna (I stopped daily due to mercury but will eat 1 can 1-2 days a week) $0.60 can
    - Brown minute rice or couscous <$0.25 a serving
    - Broccoli or green peppers (due to the season) grilled with a bit of EVOO and garlic powder as part of dinner <$0.50 serving
    - Whole wheat bread <$1.99 loaf
    - Avocado <$0.80 each, lasts for 5 sandwiches.
    - Spinach
    - Egg beaters
    - Chicken bacon

    Healthy eating is cheap! I spend $100-150 MAX a month on 2 of us and $40 of that is Diet Pepsi on sale (for him)
