    That is funny that you posted that...as I am thinking of doin some chicken myself, and I always end up with it soggy on the underside...so i was trying to figure out what to use as well. Thanks for the idea, will def be trying this tonite..as I am tired of plain ole chicken cooked in the crock pot.

    THANK YOU! This sounds absolutely DELICIOUS! My kiddos love the panko style home made chicken strips or nuggets. They feel like they're getting a "greasy fried foods" that they crave at times, but they know it's healthy. They actually BEG for me to make them :-) I think a trip to the grocery store to get some chicken is in order :-) I can't wait!
