HEALTHY Chicken Cordon Bleu!

This is one of my fav low cal recipes to make for dinner! Super easy to make and great when served with a side of veggies or rice!

*1 boneless skinless chicken breast (6 ounces)
*1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese (any flavor works, i like the garlic herb or orginal for this recipe)
*3 slices low sodium deli ham
*salt & pepper

*Flatten chicken to 1/4-in. thickness; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread on cheese and top with ham. Roll up and tuck in ends; secure with toothpicks.
*Transfer to a baking dish lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-45 minutes or until juices run clear.

    YUM!! I am totally doing this! My mom used to make the best cordon bleu! I love some healthy comfort foods ;)
