I am thinking it's because when you are done. You have built up body heat..?? and after you cool down it seems to be colder. if that makes any sense at all

The Sculpt disc is pretty easy.. I have to pick and choose what I can do because of sprained knee .. it still acts up pretty bad but only been close to 4 months and they told me 6 months.. gotta be careful not to re injure it

yay I am so glad I am not the only one out there mixing it up!! there are parts of P90X that I LOVE and others that I struggle with due to a recent knee injury and this combo is working great for me..

We have had a pretty solid plan for years.. close family and friends will be taken care of and we are going to POOF disappear for awhile..
