What should I do?

My nutritionist told me to sign up but when I did it gave me a 1200 cal diet and she gave me a 1500 cal a day diet any suggestions on how to change it on here

  • Never mind when I changed it to lose 1 pound a week it gave me a 1430 calorie diet

    On the screen before you changed it to 1lb a week (so under the Goals tab) you also have the option to choose 'Custom' rather than 'Guided'. In here you can change your calories as well as your other goals/macros (so things like protein, carbs, fat, sodium etc). :smile:

    You can custom set your calorie amount if you wish to set to 1500....
    Home / Goals / Click on change goals / click the "custom" radio button. (This is for the web verison by the way.)

    Set your goals to Custom and input the numbers your nutritionist gave you manually. You can also put in specific nutrient and exercise goals, if you were given those.
