I decided to fast for a couple of days a week (48 hour cycle) - it worked for me.

It might not be exactly what you're looking for, but I use a Zephyr bluetooth HRM and track it with endomondo on my phone - works well for me.

I got my weight moving downj when I started doing Intermitent Fasting, just a day of 2 a week - the rest of the week I eat like I should, keep it all logged, etc.... You might want to give it a try - lots of sites about it.

On average, a person burns 20 calories a minute while working with KB's (an RKC over on DragonDoor goot hooked up to a machine to prove it). KB's are a great way to do a workout!!

I use Endomondo to track my workouts, so I got the Zephyr bluetooth HRM to go with it - so far works fine (at least for me). I use it walking, cycling, swinging the kettlebells, etc...
