Me too, i really dont understand either, i have eaten so healthy exercised and yet back to where i was 2 weeks ago it is so frustrating. I dont accept the muscle theory not after a few weeks...

Don't be embarrassed about anything, you know you have to change and you have taken the first step by admitting you eat too much chocolate and asking for help and support. I was totally addicted to walkers crisps before i started on here i would eat at least 5 packets a day plus i would eat chocolate and other sweet food.…

chicken and veg stir fry hardly any calories and best thing is if you get a ready prepared one from morrisons they are on half price so not only healthy but cheap too :)

I would not say i have overdone the exercise because i have just done lots of fast walking! But then again its more than i have done for a long time. Thanks for all the support and advice i will tske it all on board :)

my sodium level is low and to be honest i do not drink much water. i DONT intend to give in just yet its just frustrating that when i eat crap i lose weight.

Thanks for all your support, it really does help!! My daughter bless her said our scales are rubbish and not to trust them, so i am going to check my weight on the wii when i finish work for a more accurate reading lol Worse thing is im now off exercise with a bad knee :(

I stopped 11 weeks ago and tbh i have found it difficult at times, i have been tempted but have stayed strong. I have found it easier to ensure i have kept away from any friends that smoke too. even though i miss them very much, i know it will be worth it in the end. i think we have had it easy so far this year in the UK. I remember last Christmas sat on the runway whilst they de-iced the aeroplane. Not looking forward to the cold weather that is predicted though :(

thanks for that! i am well under or on perfect track with everything else. Must say hard to get my calorise up when i exercise so i treat myself to some toffees to get my calories back to a level.
